YOUR FIRST VISIT

When you first arrive for your appointment, you’ll get a chance to learn more about our dental office in greater detail during your private tour! We’ll walk you through our dental office’s amenities and services, so both you and your child can feel confident about your future dental care. Depending on your child’s age, we may only perform a very brief exam, making sure that no problems are visible. If your child is older, we’ll set aside time to complete a more in-depth exam and potentially a cleaning with time permitting.

 

PATIENT FORMS

We ask that all of our patients fill out new patient forms either when you arrive or prior to their appointment. This can be done easily by simply downloading the forms from our website, printing them out, and completing them prior to your arrival. This is a great way to expedite your appointment and make sure that you save time along the way. New patient forms give us an opportunity to understand your child’s exact needs.
